Action in the World: Norm has been a Union Steward for his shop for the last seven years. He is also a first-aid go to guy. But, Norm doesn't do things like this in half measures. He is also the Social Steward which may include some catering duties, but also has him responsible for crisis intervention for about 750 men. I have been at MKP meetings where Norm had to leave as someone was threatening suicide. The interventions include: suicide, drugs, marital violence, etc.
He looks after these men in his normal quiet and gentle manner.
