Personal Mission: I inspire the re-writing of future by modeling, teaching and coaching on the sacred path.

Action in the World: Stefan Hermann decided 3 years ago upon completion of the Boys to Men Inner Mentor training that he would bring Boys to Men to the Santa Barbara area. Mid-November 2007 it all came together when 13 boys age 12-17 were initiated by 35 staff at Circle V Ranch. Stefan now serves as the Executive Director of Boys to Men Central California Coast and plans 3 Rites-of-Passage Adventure Weekends for 2008. Those boys are now engaged in their J Groups and growing and healing.
